Description:

This session navigates the updated 2026 IRCC operational guidelines regarding the Open Work Permit for Vulnerable Workers (OWP-V). Participants will learn to interpret the "reasonable grounds to believe" burden of proof, identify actionable workplace abuse versus common friction, process specific fee exemptions, and draft compelling narratives to safely transition mistreated foreign nationals out of abusive employment.

This seminar is specifically designed and presented for RCICs and RISIAs.
