Description:

Navigating the mature Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL) system. This course focuses on "exempt" categories (Master's/Doctoral), the impact of the 2026 caps on DLIs, and how to prove "Dual Intent" (S. 22) for students from high-refusal regions.


Prepared and presented specifically for RCICs and RISIAs.
