Description:

This session teaches practitioners how to "forensically" audit a refused file. It covers the hierarchy of remedies (Reconsideration vs. Re-application) and how to draft a "Comparison Table" for the IRCC officer to prove that past deficiencies have been rectified.


Prepared and presented specifically for RCICs and RISIAs.
