Description:

The BOC is the heartbeat of a refugee claim. This course covers the intersection of narrative construction and credibility assessments (RPD Rule 7). It explores how to address "Delayed Claims" and "Internal Flight Alternatives" (IFA) within the initial documentation.


Prepared and presented specifically for RCICs and RISIAs.
