Description:

Advocacy at the Refugee Protection Division (RPD). This course covers the preparation of the "Claimant Kit," the disclosure of evidence under Rule 34, and the ethics of representing vulnerable persons (Chairman’s Guideline 4).


Prepared and presented specifically for RCICs and RISIAs.
