TRVs are the most common "entry point" refusals. This course focuses on proving "Ties to the Home Country" for applicants from volatile regions and utilizing "Dual Intent" (Section 22) as a legal sword rather than a shield.

This seminar is specifically designed and presented for RCICs and RISIAs.
