Description:

Technical mastery of dependent status. This course covers the "Lock-in" dates across PR streams and how to protect a child’s status when processing times exceed 24 months. It also covers the "Section 2" definition for disabled adult children.


This seminar is specifically designed and presented for RCICs and RISIAs.
